1. Payment Terms

1.1 Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and ACH bank transfers. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.

1.2 Due Dates

• DIY products: Payment is due immediately at checkout.
• DWY/DFY Services: First installment is due at signing. Ongoing payments follow a 30-day billing cycle unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.

1.3 Delinquent Accounts

If a payment is 10 days overdue, access to services may be paused. After 30 days overdue, Lumapath.ai may terminate service and pursue collection in accordance with U.S. debt collection laws. A late fee of 1.5% per month (18% annualized) may apply to overdue balances.

1.4 Taxes

Prices exclude applicable U.S. state sales tax, which will be calculated based on your billing address where legally required.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Digital Products (DIY)

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the product has not been accessed, downloaded, or used. Contact us at support@lumapath.ai with your order number and reason. After 14 days, all sales are final.

2.2 Coaching Services (DWY)

You may cancel with 30 days’ written notice. No refunds are issued for time already used or coaching sessions delivered. Subscription payments will stop after your notice period ends.

2.3 Project-Based Services (DFY)

These services are non-refundable once work begins. You may cancel with 30 days’ notice, and we will deliver work completed up to the termination date. Refunds are only possible before kickoff or if no deliverables have been produced.

Note: Due to the custom nature of strategy and DFY work, refund exceptions are granted only at Lumapath.ai's sole discretion.

3. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes or claims will be governed by the laws of the State of Las Vegas,NV United States. Both parties agree to attempt resolution informally before pursuing arbitration. If unresolved, claims shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us is a violation of this agreement. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and seek reimbursement for fees and services rendered.

5. Updates to Policy

This policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in law or service terms. All updates will be posted at https://www.lumapath.ai and will include the effective date. Continued use of our services implies agreement with the most recent policy.
